A pyramid-style, 45-minute, full body, high intensity, conditioning workout using a combination of body weight, barbell and TRX exercises while building the intensity throughout. By working out at steadily increasing high intensity, BURN torches calories, creating an 'oxygen debt' which means that your body continues to burn calories long after the class.

Tone & Sculpt class is a full-body workout that helps you build lean muscle and increase muscular endurance. 
A well-rounded workout uses free weights, resistance bands, and your own body weight to strengthen all major muscle groups.

ZUMBA

Modern Dance Class

High energy and motivating music allows participants to dance away their worries. It is based on a workout that is "fun and easy to do"- allowing Zumba participants to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Pilates Class

Pilates consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. Focusing on proper posture, core strength and muscle balance. This workout emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.

STRONG FLOW YOGA

Yoga Pose

Strong Flow Yoga integrates strength, flexibility, concentration and contemplation through a series of traditional postures linked together through breathe and movement.
